Changing colors quickly really depends on several factors.  I guess I would begin by saying that color changes are always quicker when you are spraying to waste as opposed to reclaiming powder.  Remember boys and girls - black and white make salt and pepper so let's keep those colors separated!

   Then it comes to guns,a box feed gun is always quicker to change than a hopper feed for obvious reasons.  There's no hopper to clean out.

  Just remember, however, that we aren't running a race.  You want to move as quickly as you can for increased production but DO NOT SACRIFICE QUALITY!  It's better to take an extra 2 minutes to blow out a gun than an extra hour reworking a part because you have color specs in it.
